Here is some information and resources to help fumigation applicators perform safe and effective fumigations. It is important to remember that ONLY LICENSED FUMIGATORS CAN PURCHASE FUMIGANTS AND PERFORM FUMIGATIONS.

If you have a new employee who needs training in fumigation and stored product protection, we can provide one-on-one and small group training tailored to your needs. Visit our Training page for more information. Safety is number one priority. Do not hesitate to contact us at or 1-800-992-1991 if you have any questions, comments or safety concerns.

Fumigant Table

Fumigation Management Plan – Here is a blank Fumigation Management Plan or FMP. FMP’s are required for every fumigation. Each fumigation should be accompanied by a new or updated FMP prior to application and should be retained for a minimum of 2 years following the date of origination.

Calibration Request Form - Here is a blank Calibration Request Form. This form is required before having a monitor calbrated by Fumigation Service and Supply, Inc.

Grain Bin Fumigation Guide – This is a useful guide to help fumigators perform successful and safe grain fumigations. This outlines: 1) How to fumigate different storage structures (corrugated bins, welded steel tanks, flat storages and concrete silos). 2) Required fumigation and safety equipment. 3) And how to calculate dosage rates and volumes.

Recommended Pheromone Trap Types – These are the recommended pheromone traps to use for specific insect species. Insect species range from moths, flour beetles, weevils and other various stored product pests. This also gives a recommendation on spacing, trap type, and trap placement.

Eco2Fume Calculator – This is an excel Eco2Fume calculator that can help determine how much Eco2Fume is required to fumigate a designated area. This calculation is based on 1) Storage capacity (ft3). 2) Target PH3 concentration (ppm). 3) Desired application time (hours). 4) Fumigation temperature (oC).

VaporPhos Calculator – This is an excel VaporPhos calculator that helps determine how much VaporPhos is required to fumigate a designated area. This calculation is based on 1) Storage capacity (ft3). 2) Target PH3 concentration (ppm). 3) Fumigation temperature (oC).

Phosphine Resistance Testing Data Sheet – If you are suspicious that an insect population has developed a resistance to phosphine, you can send an insect sample to us for testing. See our Phosphine Resistance page for more information. The Phosphine Resistance Testing Data Sheet will provide us the information needed to better understand the suspected insect resistance sample.
